Tania Withers is the founder of The Beauty Training Group, has many years solid, hands-on experience in the industry since training in 2011. She owns a busy & successful Beauty Salon - Lashings of Beauty & Training - and regularly carries out treatments, in order to bring students the most up to date knowledge, based on her personal experiences. She boasts a full client base, many of which have been with her since she began.

In Sept 2019, Tania reduced the number of hours she works doing treatments, to focus on taking her businesses forward. She still works at her own salon with clients and even though she is an educator herself, she continually trains in various ways to keep her knowledge and skills at a high level.

On top of Tania's broad range of beauty qualifications, she holds a valid City & Guilds AET (PTTLS) Teaching Certificate to help her teach a wide range of students in various ways. Tania also holds NVQ level 2 & 3 in Customer Service and this is important to her.

Tania is well respected within the industry and many fellow Therapists will contact her for advice and support, which confirms she is not only knowledgeable in her field, but also an approachable individual who enjoys supporting others. She has trained many other Beauty Educators and many of Tania's students return for further courses, due to the high level in which they are delivered and also because of the lifelong aftercare support they receive.

Tania has been a feature writer in the Lash-Ed UK Lash Magazine and has been a Workshop Host at the 2020 Lash Conference in Cardiff, hosted by Events by Always Bonita Beauty.

Imogen has been in the Beauty Industry for over 14 years and has experience in Spa, Salon and Clinic settings. She holds Level 3 Award in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector plus Level 4 Certificate in Education & Training. She is able to use her qualifications to teach in various ways to support students of all levels.

On top of Imogens teaching qualifications, she boasts a 1st Class Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Complementary Health, which she completed at University of Middlesex, London. She also holds a Foundation Degree in Complementary Health Studies alongside her NVQ 2 & 3 in Beauty Therapy.

Imogen is a valuable asset to our company and works hard to support students during and after their course(s). She carries out treatments regularly and keeps up to date with the latest techniques which she is able to then pass onto her students to help them develop and progress into the Beauty Industry.
