FOR THOSE WHO HOLD A VALID BROW WAXING/SHAPING & TINTING QUALIFICATION...

Brow Lamination Conversion Styling Course

​

This course option is suitable for those who already have a valid qualification in:

Brow Waxing & Tinting, HD Brows or equivalent. Proof of qualifications are required upon booking.

If you are not confident or experienced in brow or with using wax and tint, we strongly advise that you take the Beginners Course (kit will be optional)

 

This Brow Lamination Styling course covers learning how to provide the Brow Lamination treatment safely and professionally. You will not be 'taught' how to wax or tint on this course, but you will be expected to carry out these treatments on your model on the day, as you will already hold these qualifications.

​

You can charge £30-£45 per treatment for this profitable treatment.

CHOOSE YOUR KIT

A small 'essentials kit' is included is included with each course. We have amended our pricing to allow students to now choose whichever Brow Lamination brand they choose!

However, we highly recommend Mayamy Brow Lamination products.

If you choose the course without our brow lamination kit option (£200 course), you must ensure your chosen Brow Lamination kit includes the following products and you must have it ready to bring with you on the day of training.​

• Lifting Solutions (step 1)

• Fixing Solutions (step 2)

• Nourishing lotion (step 3)

• Instructions for product use. It MUST be suitable specifically for Brow Lamination and not Lash Lifting only.

YOUR ESSENTIALS KIT IS INCLUDED:

• 1 x Lash & Brow Cleanser

• 50 x mascara wands

• 50 x Lip Gloss wands

• 100 x Microbrushes

• Pack of brow lamination combs

• 2 x Solution Rings

You will also be required to bring your OWN tinting products and ensure your model is patch tested with these beforehand.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

• This depends which course option you choose. For the complete beginners option, no previous experience required. For the conversion course, you must hold a valid qualifcation in at least Brow Waxing & Tinting and be confident with the treatments.

IS A MODEL REQUIRED?

YES! You will work on a live model on the day for approximately 1.5-2 hours, with the support and supervision of your Educator. 

Students are responsible for arranging their own models. 

• ALL models will require a PATCH TEST. Models must be over 18 yrs old, have no medical issues or sensitivities and must NOT be pregnant.

 

ARE THERE ANY CASE STUDIES?

• For many of our courses you are required to submit case studies after the initial training day, for us to ensure you are competent and confident in the treatment, before issuing a certificate. This basically means, you will leave the course and get the opportunity to go home and practice your new skills on friends and family. You will then send clear before and after photos to your Educator, for them to assess. Your Educator will offer you some tips, guidance and support to help you to make improvements with each treatment. Once they are happy that you are working safely, that your competent and confident in the treatment, they will issue you with your certificate. Students will get 3 months from the course date, to complete 3 successful case studies. We see case studies as a fantastic way to support students, even once the initial training day is complete. This also gives students a chance to continue to work closely with their Educator, until they feel ready to "go it alone".

 

WILL I GAIN A RECOGNISED CERTIFICATE AND QUALIFICATION?

Yes, we are proud that all of our Brow Lamination course is fully accredited by ABT. This means, once your case studies are completed and we are happy that you are working safely, competently and are confident in the treatment, we will issue you with your certificate. This is widely recognised across the UK for you to gain insurance and work legally either from home, in a salon or on a mobile basis.
