Well! We are bringing it to you due to so many students asking to

learn with us!

​

Hybrid Lashes are a mix of Russian Volume and Classic lashes.

They are mixed within one set, to create a fuller, fluffier look than classics,

but theyarent quite as full as a full set of Russian Volume.

​

Our course is suitable for Classic Trained Lash Technicians and is also

great for those who do not want to learn Russian Volume, or have already

completed that course and just cannot get to grips with the

Russian Volume technique!

Please note: This is NOT a Russian Volume course or qualification!

​

You will be taught how to correctly use Pre-Made Volume Fans, YY Lashes and W Lashes to create Hybrid and Volume Lash Sets.

Students must have a Classic Eyelash Extensions qualification before undertaking the Hybrid course. You will be required to send a copy of your certificate in (a photo via email is fine). Students should also be competent and confident with the basics.

Our 1-2-1 Mentoring is a great option (this is not compulsory) prior to this course, if you are not confident in Classic Lash Application, to ensure they get the best out of the training day.

 

PRE-REQUISITES;

• You must hold a valid qualification and certificate in Classic Eyelash Extensions

• You must be confident and competent with the basics before booking this course

• Proof of qualification will be required upon booking

WHAT WILL BE COVERED DURING THE HYBRID WORKSHOP?

Our workshops are a little different to our regular accredited courses.

This will be a relaxed day from start to finish, but filled with all the knowledge you can imagine, in relation to Hybrid, YY and W Lashes.

• We will cover the importance of understanding pre-made fan weights, so that you know how to choose safe lashes for your clients.

• You will learn how to correctly pick-up pre-made fans and YY lashes without ruining them.

• We will also cover lash mapping to help to create full and fluffy sets for your Hybrid clients!

• You will become confident with regards to what lashes to choose for each client, pricing, adhesive usage and more!

You will not learn how to make hand-made Russian Volume fans during this course. We offer an accredited Russian Volume course to learn this technique.

IS A MODEL REQUIRED?

• No! You will not need the worry of finding a model for this workshop. We will work on mannequin heads and show you other methods to practice with.

 

DO I GAIN A RECOGNISED QUALIFICATION?

• You will be given a certificate of attendance on the day. This doesn't act as a recognised qualification, as you will already have that with your initial Classic training. You must already be qualified in Eyelash Extensions to take part in our Hybrid workshops.

 

ARE THERE ANY CASE STUDIES?

• No. Case studies are not required for our Hybrid workshop. You can however send photos of your work to your Educator for feedback, using the new skills and techniques you learn on the day.

• 1 x Pre-Made Volume Lash Tray

• 1 x YY Mixed Length Lash Tray (colour or black)

• 1 x W Mixed Length Lash Tray

• 1 x Large coloured dental mirror

• 5 x Slim Gel Pads

• 1 x Mapping Pen

• A mini pack of essentials

• Certificate of attendance

• (kit would cost over £85 if purchasing separately!)

PLEASE NOTE: Students are required to bring their own isolating tweezers on the day. You can bring your basic kit plus anything you would normally use for classic lashing. The majority of items can be purchased on the day if you forget anything.
